WASTED WEDNESDAY (MONEY, OF COURSE!)

After class ended for the day, Chris and I went to Wingstop. I had been eating at home for the past two weeks, since I’ve been swamped with assignments and exams. I wanted to stay out to celebrate the end of midterms, so I suggested going to Dave & Buster’s since it was half-off games on Wednesdays. 🙂 We ended up purchasing the $50 deal. I felt super guilty for blowing $25 in one sitting, but we ended up with 4,800+ coupons! I used 3,000 of those coupons to redeem the gigantic Hello Kitty plush that I missed out on, when I came the weekend of my birthday. XD

We cleared out the coupons on this machine! XD

I was lucky enough to get 1,000 on this spin! Woot!

HELLO KITTY, YOU ARE MINE ❤

I think we are slightly addicted to half-off Wednesdays since we already have plans to come again next week. Hopefully, we won’t spend half as much next time!

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION PT. 2

I had no idea what was planned for today, but knew it was going to be fun because Karen, Teresa, and Cathy were taking me out to celebrate my birthday. 🙂 The three of them surprised me with gifts. Karen and Teresa are super sneaky since they discuss gift ideas through chat when I am sitting next to Teresa in our apartment. This year, they gifted me a bottle of X-RATED as well as a vaporizer! I also received a kandi from Cathy, and a card from the three of them.

Opening my gifts. They WOULD put everything in a Victoria’s Secret bag! XD

After gift-opening, and testing out the vaporizer, we decided to head out. They wouldn’t tell me where we were going. I think at some point, they told me they were going to dump me in a field somewhere and I would have to find my way back to Davis. XD I was super excited when I saw Dave & Buster’s since I have never been. Karen was nice enough to pay for our games. ❤ We were lucky enough to find a card, so we didn’t need to purchase one. Woohoo! Before unleashing our inner child, we headed over to the prize area to scope out possible prizes. I was eyeing a gigantic Hello Kitty plush toy, but it was far too expensive. 😦 I am still satisfied with the blue teddy bear though! 🙂

Four-way air hockey! This was a dream-come-true for us since we always steal mallets from the other air hockey table whenever we play at the MU Games Area. :p

Fruit Ninja is serious business!

Cathy didn’t know what she was doing, but ended up winning 1000 tickets!

Kissy kissy! :p

After D&B, we chilled at a plaza in Roseville. Again, they wouldn’t tell me where we were going, but I suspected we were going to BJ’s since we drove past it on the way to the plaza. Turns out I was right! I had talked to Karen a few weeks back about Dave & Buster’s and BJ’s, and they decided to take me to both since I have never been. Sneaky, sneaky! They wouldn’t let me pay at dinner either, and BJ’s is expensive! Why do I have such great friends who spoil me?! :’)

I believe we ordered every mocktail on the menu. These were delicious!

The mahi mahi. Yummy!

Even though we all shared this pizookie, we still couldn’t finish it! This was the reason they brought me here, since I have never had a pizookie before. XD

4eva! ❤

On our way back to Davis, we passed by Golfland SunSplash. I’m not sure why we were unwilling to call it a night, but we decided to spontaneously stop for more arcade games. XD We arrived 15 minutes before closing, but we were SO GLAD we decided to stop by. We discovered this crazy pacman/air hockey table that was extremely fun and colorful!

Karen’s shot of the table. The game got pretty crazy at some point!

We were all pretty tired by the time we got back to Davis, but decided to chill at Teabo rather than call it a night.

It was such a fun and unforgettable day! I’m definitely lucky to have such great friends who are always down for adventures. ❤ Thank you for the birthday celebration, and thanks for all the pictures, Karen! 🙂
